Founder

Dwight M. Cleveland, the principle behind Longstreet, was born in a suburb of New York City in 1959. He graduated from the Brooks School and Columbia University. Dwight worked as a commercial leasing broker at Cushman & Wakefield in NY from 1982 - 1985 when he moved to Chicago to attend the MBA program at the University of Chicago. Eschewing Wall Street upon graduation in 1987, he followed his creative and artistic aesthetic and founded Longstreet Renovation. He fully committed to Chicago in 1990 when he started a family here, and now has three children.
